SABI 3 position Safety:
Our SABI Hunter and Classic actions is available with the 3 Position Safe in both right and left handed actions.
Side Safeties on Trigger Systems for Mauser:
Our SABI Trigger is the only Mauser Trigger offering a left and a right handed safety position. Timney and Thor produce one only for the right hand side. More on these triggers on the Triggers Page.
Mauser R/H Flag Safety:
On K98 actions the Right handed flag or 45 degree safety. The bolt is locked on the safe position.
Mauser L/H Flag Safety:
On K98 actions the Left handed flag or 45 degree safety. The bolt is locked on the safe position.
Mauser 2 Position Safety:
On K98 actions the Winchester type 2 position safety. The bolt is locked on the safe position.
Mauser 3 Position Safeties:
On K98 actions the Winchester type 3 position safety manufactured by Recknagel. On the first safe position the bolt is free to open and the bolt is locked on the second safe position . It is available in various shroud shapes in the right and left handed position. The SECURA version of this safety has an addition button which locks the lever in place for additional safety, as seen on the 3rd image.
Remington & Side Safety:
Several manufacturers offer triggers for the K98 and Remington actions with a Side Safety on the Trigger system. Our Long Range action is machined to be fitter with the Remington trigger. Right hand only for the K98 and on the Remington it is offered for both sides. The bolt is not locked in the safe position.
